all in all our stay was such wonderful, no complains at all. everything about this exotic hotel was perfect. the restaurant was magnificent for dinner, we tried mouthwatering dishes.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this place! The staff made us feel so special with their solicitous service, from the receptionist who welcomed us with a smile to the restaurant staff who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location of this hotel is ideal, situated in a lovely leafy suburb and just a stone's throw away from the ocean, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were so comfortable and warm, and we loved the fact that there was a spa on-site. It was such a bonus to be able to indulge in a relaxing massage and unwind by the outdoor swimming pool.

Large room, extremely comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. Extremely friendly and exceptionally friendly staff, quick check in. Favourable and perfect location for our visit to Kelly's Beach not very far from the hotel.

It was the best of Port Alfred hotels I visited before.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect as it was close to the golf course and the beach. I really enjoyed spending time at the Highlander restaurant, where they had live entertainment and a delicious Asian stir fry evening. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, and they even arranged a mini decoration for a birthday celebration. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities were also a great addition, allowing me to relax and unwind during my stay.

That some of the staff seemed a bit irritated to be serving us. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel as the positives far outweigh any minor inconvenience.
